Mechanical design engineer

I was involved in designing and innovating a variety of machines, in particular the fryer. My responsibilities were the implementation of these machines in the production lines and the version management of the Kiremko Fryers.

Caliber Design

Mechanical design engineer

I worked on several project on behalf of Caliber Design.

- Ballance Agri-Nutrients - Concept designing a factory layout.
- Ligar Polymers - Designing ducting for new chemical reactor.
- Aurora Process Solutions - Making a layout for a website animation.

- Wyma solutions - Designing several support structures and platforms.

- Cavotec - Did a feasibility study with several concept designs to find a solution for an existing problem.
- Think Water - Update AutoCAD drawings to as built
- Jagbe safety cabinets - Designed and created a complete drawing package of a new cabinet design
- Silver Fern Farm - Created 3D layouts, P&ID's and process analysis for the plant update

Cape Holland

Mechanical/Structural engineer

At Cape, I played a key role in the development and validation of mathematical calculation forms, utilizing log data to ensure accuracy and performance. I developed formulas to determine the minimal amount of elastomers (elastomers are the connectors between the static and dynamic parts) for proper Vibratory Lifting Tool (VLT) usage, and I was also involved in shaping the design of VLT systems for installing future XXXL monopiles. Additionally, I performed strength analysis on various VLT components and created calculation forms to evaluate the holding force of clamps based on teeth indentation.
